trying to conceive with pcos

has anyone had success trying to conceive with cops. my husband and I have been trying since October and nothing. I am taking prenatal vitimains we are using preseed and I'm taking maca root and yet nothing yet. having a baby would help some of what his mom is going through about not being able to see my sister in law and her kids. we know it won't help all of the pain but it will help enough to make her happy again. if anyone has any suggestions please let me know. I can't go to the doctor till October to talk about help.
