Dieting is hard
Okay so ive been working out a lot lately and trying to be healthy with what I eat, I also try to have a balance so I don’t binge and go crazy on junk food. It can be so so so hard sometimes though and chocolate is a serious weakness of mine and every time I eat junk food I just feel bad about myself. I know it’s okay to treat yourself but I end up feeling guilty. Any advice?
