Measuring wrong?

Hi! this is my second (well, I guess third) pregnancy and I'm worried that something isn't right. based on my LMP I should be 7 weeks along but I'm only measuring 5+1. when I went for the ultrasound they could only see the sac.
has this happened to anyone else? I've been spotting the entire time with this pregnancy, but no really heavy bleeding. I had a chemical pregnancy a few months ago so I'm really nervous this time.
any idea why this is happening?

This JUST happened to me also!! I was supposed to be 7 weeks 1 day and we only saw the sac and yolk where the baby was supposed to be. My doctor said it’s extremely common and when this happens most of the time when they come back in a couple weeks there’s a fetal pole. My first ultrasound was on Monday and I go back on the 19th. Glad I’m not the only one going through this and many prayers to you!!
