Obgyn apt question

So the only time we’ve gotten to see our little peanut was when I was 7week. Well at my next apt I will be 15 weeks 3days on 2/14. And the dr scheduled me just for another heartbeat check. And scheduled my anatomy scan on 3/12...

I really want to see my little peanut since it’s been so long since we’ve seen him or her.... should I just ask my ob for an ultrasound on 2/14..... or do y’all think they won’t give me one since I don’t really have a real reason for one...
