CYCLE DAY 44 freaking the HELL OUT NO AF BFN

So I’m usually a 28-30 dc kinda girl but this time around my last period was Dec. 28th and I literally wiped and got two small baby clots with pink ... and later that night got a VERY STRONG PULLING in my left ovary .. it was horrible I couldnt sleep to save my life .. then i had horrible what I call restless back syndrome where my lowers back was making me move and readjust every 3 minutes ... ugh .. well 3 days later I spotted once the same way ... so I took a hpt and BFN BFN BFN ... 2 days passed and I spotted just pink ... well 2 days past again (today) and I started to feel actual period cramps and I spotted pink this morning so I decided to put in a small tampon . Well when I took it out to change it it looked like the picture below.. wtf is going on .. oh and I keep having dreams where I rub my stomach and it’s hard as if I’m pregnant.. and it’s very uncomfortable to lay on my stomach .. ohhhh and I’m note on cycle day 44 .. and having pulling sensations in both ovaries .. one more thing . The other day I took a pregnancy test and got the FAINTEST OF LINES 😑 but yea lol HELP ME PLEASE
