Cramping and bleeding. I’m worried.

I got a bfp two days ago (10dpo). Af due tomorrow. This afternoon I tested to see if my levels had increased and as I expected my faint line was now a bfp. When I wiped from peeing on a stick, I noticed spotting (pink colored) and then a couple hours later, cramping in my right ovary area. NOT anything like a period cramp. It’s not severe pain, but it’s definitely not a fluttery, pulling cramp like I’ve had at times since ovulation. Is this implantation cramps and bleeding? I read somewhere that if you get this after you get a BFP then it’s bad or could be...?
