Would you change your child's name without telling your husband?

So here's the story:

My sister in law and brother agreed to name their first son Quentin Andres. She's Dominican and we're very white, Andres was her father's name.

So my nephew is born pale, blonde, and with the bluest eyes ever.

While my brother was calling the families to announce the birth of Quentin Andres my SIL was changing his middle name to Andrew because "he didn't look like an Andres" and she didn't want him to hate his name if he was made fun of.

I found and still find this to be hilarious and I've teased my husband about the possibility of doing this to him if he doesn't pick a name/allow me to name our son what I want (Mind you I'm only six weeks along and who knows what we're having).

Just wondering if anyone would do or has done this. 😊
