Am I OCD or what?

When I'm in a room of people I count the people over and over. When it's people I know like in a car I count people , I start with the women with the oldest and go down to the youngest then onto the men the youngest to oldest , I do this over and over. I have my own way of counting letters and numbers . It's a lot of explain but pretty much the lines in the letters or numbers are 1 so the number "1" would add up to 2. I do this over and over again as well. When I see a clock like a diagal one I could the individual lines that make up the numbers until I know that let's say 6:65 is a total of 19. I haven't ever told anyone about these things bc I find it embarrassing what is this? Is this normal?
