My husband has a house that we are renting out to these tenants that are horrible!!!! Rent is due on the 1st the guy never ever pays on the first. He makes excuses or gives my husband bad checks until the 5th. Every month we have to beg to get our money from this idiot!! Not only that every week he is costing my husband money saying we need new grass, wine cooler etc.... Plus we found out he was leasing part of the house out to some other people. But then we found the ad on Craigslist and he had to kick then rooate out. Is there any legal way kick these tenant out? My husband said it would cost too much money to go through the courts and have him evicted is this true???
