My ex and I physically separated July 2016 and decided to get a divorce in April 2016. This past November I started dating a long time friend and my ex husband is dead set on our daughter not having any involvement with him. We have a great and supportive relationship. My ex has gone even as far as telling her (she’s 5) that she isn’t allowed around him and that he makes daddy sad.... even told her that he stole mommy from daddy. I’m at my wits end. We have nothing in our parenting plan that states a limitation on significant others. He threatens to take me back to court if she is around him. What do I do? My daughter enjoys being around him and I’m ready to just move forward. My lawyer says there’s nothing to worry about but I just hate the negativity. Our divorce was finalized in November.... when is enough, enough? I want a positive CO parenting relationship and for him to be happy but every time we talk, I get called names and he refuses to coparents in any respect. Doesn’t notify me of her going to the DR or any functions at school.... I feel like it’s never going to be okay
