7 DPO tested negative, still hope?

Hi ladies, I'm 7 DPO, tomorrow I will be 8 DPO I got too anxious this morning and tested with a clear blue digital only to be disappointed :( my breasts are slightly tender and have been since yesterday. I am also extremely fatigued and having cramps which only threw me off guard because AF isn't due until the 13th. Do you still think I have a chance? I think the BFN got to me a little. I shouldn't have tested so early!!! :P
