Nervous help
So I would call myself an person that exercises moderately and sometimes daily but I don’t do a lot of cardio like I used to bc I’m trying to get pregnant
I’m just nervous if it will make me miss my chance bc I had a miscarriage before and I’m just so nervous I really want to get pregnant 😭
I’m not even doing a lot now just 20 mins cardio and 10 mins upper workout
Is it safe
The reason for my miscarriage was not related to exercise it was related to traveling and having a weak pregnancy
