What time do YOU temp?

I was doing it at 8am. What time do you temp?

8am even on my days off!

6 am. Even on weekends !

I've been doing it when I wake up, which can be 3-4 different on weekends than weekdays. I just learned that can throw it off but I think if I set my alarm just to temp, I wouldn't go back to sleep :(

7:30am, then I go back to sleep on the weekends after memorizing my temp so I can enter it later.

7 am.  I'm not a morning person, so I'm good and cranky when I temp.  (Maybe that's why I run hot.  Lol!)
