My deceased grandmother visited me last night

Long story short I lost my grandmother in November whom I have always been so close with. I feel like I’m still in this nightmare. Last month I had a dream I took a test and it came back positive but no real life positive last month. Last night I had a dream that I took multiple tests and they all came back positive and out of no where my grandmother appeared in my dream and was there asking if this was what I wanted and I said yes out of joy and I woke up.... I’m so emotionally today because of this I don’t know what to think!!! AF due 2/19 TTC baby #1
