Pregnant or Ovidrel?

Hi guys, I searched for community rules on this group whether or not I should post my test results and couldn't find the rules. Please tell me off and I'll delete this post if there is. This is the group I have been writing lately in so wanted to ask here. So I was pretty nervous and disappointed from losing all my eggs that were collected, except the one that got trasferred, and especially when the only embryo outside of me didn't make it to freezing stage. My 3 day transfer was on last saturday and my trigger ovidrel was on monday night. Today is sunday morning (i'm in new zealand, it's earlier by a day). So it is 8dp3dt? (not counting transfer day) or 9dp3dt i'm not sure. My blood test is on wednesday and I was afraid of how I'd feel hearing the news at work so I decided to test. I think I got a positive as I've never seen any 2nd line ever before. But looking at the thickness could it be ovidrel or do you think it is indeed positive?
