First time

I want to have sex with my bf but I never have before. Im scared that if we do have sex then something happens and we break up I would be heart broken. I want to but I’m not sure. I also feel bad for wanting to make him wait so long and I do want to. Ughhhhhh. Just confused. Advice needed
