10 weeks - bleeding

So 8am this morning I had pink when wiping. Almost identical to my implantation bleeding.

Same again later. Then it turned to brown blood. Still only when using the bathroom. Saw a doctor who booked a scan for tomorrow.

6pm and 7pm this evening I had red blood when wiping but the tiniest tiniest amount.

Period like cramping throughout the day.

I know some bleeding is normal - but does this sound more like the beginning of a miscarriage?

Any opinions appreciated!
