Medicated? Unmedicated? I had a medicated IUI and took Letrozole cycle days 4-8. Beginning on cycle day 10, I had an ultrasound every couple of days until they saw follicles that would reach at least 18mm. I had a 17mm follicle on cycle day 13 and took my trigger shot the next night. The IUI was 36 hours after the shot in my doctors office. My husband went in and provided a sample a couple hours before the IUI.
