Ttc our first baby but crazy nonexistent cycles makes it harder. Hoping for a bfp!! Anyone with me?

PCOS and an autoimmune disorder Hashimotos Thyroiditis with Hyperthyroidism.

But I thank God for progesterone every month to help with periods. we're not trying but not preventing, plus progesterone a great thing to have the first part of pregnancy
