This is slightly embarrassing but here goes. So we had the embryo transfer on the 22nd, and I’m currently 5weeks 2 days pregnant. After a very long time I ended up having an orgasm today. My clinic have instructions on no orgasm for the first two weeks (which I’m past that point) but I’ve been reading online and sounds like a lot of clinics advise against it until the first ultrasound. I’m freaking out now because I haven’t had my first US yet and feel like maybe I should have waited longer. If you’ve gone through <a href="https://glowing.com/glow-fertility-program">IVF</a>, what did your RE recommend?
