So I just got my BFP, but for the last few days I’ve been having severe cramping, but not even a drop of blood and everything else seems normal. I called the doctor and she said I just have to wait through it since they can’t detect anything this early. She said it could just be my uterus expanding and adjusting, and since it’s not one-sided it’s probably not an ectopic pregnancy. But I am worried. The cramps only last 5 minutes or so then go away, but they feel like period cramps. Besides the cramps happening a couple times a day, I have no pain. My periods are usually pretty painful.

I am going to call the doctor again on Monday to see if I can make an appointment to get everything checked out.

Has anyone had a healthy pregnancy where they had cramps like these to start out? How long did they last?
