Can you get pregnant from Pre-Cum outside the vagina?!

So I me and my boyfriend almost had sex and his penis touched the outside of my vagina and I heard that Pre-Cum can contain enough sperm to get you pregnant, I’m not even 100 percent positive if there even was Pre-Cum involved but I’m still a little worried I may be pregnant.. I’m was on day 9 of my first month of birth control ( took day 10 when he left) and for the past 3 days I did the bleach and pee pregnancy test and nothing happened.. what is the likelihood that I am pregnant pls help!!
