To soon?

My son is 9 months old and I feel like I missed out on the baby stage (went back to work 3 weeks after delivery) and I want to give my son a sibling due to miscarrying his twin. Is it to soon to start trying for a baby again? Any thoughts?

You're supposed to wait 18 months post c section to conceive again. That's the ideal amount of time. Your body needs time to heal. That being said, it's your body and your choice.

I'd you have reason to believe you may not be physically healthy enough, check with your doctor to make sure tour body is healed completely and get the go ahead. Otherwise, it's all about if you and your SO are ready.

He wants to try as well but I'm worried about being completely healed post c-section didn't know if it can cause issues with a new pregnancy. And I wonder how long it can take to get pregnant a second time.

My sister and I are less than a year apart. "Too soon" is a personal opinion/choice. If you're ready, go for it. It took me three years to decide I was ready ;)
