Appetite change

Hey so I'm 8 weeks and 1 day preggo with my first baby. I started experiencing nausea about 2 weeks ago. Im also not able to eat much although am not throwing up I just find everything nasty. Is anyone else experiencing the same thing and what are some suggestions for me to eat?
