After period affect!!!

Question lady's????? This happens to me a lot. How come everytime I just get off my period 2 or 3 days later I have cramps??? Weird like I know ur stomach cramp most of the time ur on ur period but after. I never heard of it, is that normal? What does that mean. Help me!!!😕
