10 weeks blood

I am 10 weeks and have had some on and off brown bloody discharge. I have a small SCH but this morning I wiped and had quite a bit of clotted red blood. :-( of course it's a Sunday and the dr. is off. I am freaked out a bit. I have had two miscarriages in 2 years.
