Upcoming 2nd FET after failed first

Hello Ladies, I’m new to the group but unfortunately not new to the word infertility.

A little about me, my husband and I married in early 2015 and have been trying for a baby for a little over two years now. My official diagnosis is PCOS and a blocked right tube from an ectopic pregnancy.

After 3 failed IUI’s, two natural bfps that lead to one that was chemical and one that was etopic my RE suggested IVF. So in September 2017 we did IVF, 21 eggs retrieved, 18 mature, by day 5 we had 4 eggs and on day 6 we had 2 eggs.

Our RE suggested to do PGS testing since I had recurring losses and failed attempts with IUI. From the 6 embryos 3 were normal. I was so excited our best one was a female 5AA embryo, followed by a male 5AB embryo and another male 5BB embryo. We implanted our best embryo and 7 weeks later, lost her. I’m still in mourning for her and the pain feels even worse knowing that my sister in law had a baby shower at the time of our IVF process and now has had a beautiful baby girl. I’m trying to be hopeful, I’m trying to be positive but it’s hard. We are starting the process of our second FET with our 5AB embryo. I can’t help but to feel nervous and scared, but the RE keeps telling me that I’m 31 and my chances are good, still the fear is always there.

By any chance if anyone of you ladies had a success 2nd FET would you mind sharing what you did differently from your first, if any.

I would love to hear from other women and know about their stories because our stories are so familiar yet different and unique to us. To all the lovely ladies out there trying to build a family, I pray for each and everyone of you and wish each one the best of luck.
