Heeeellllppp!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Scared to death

I'm finally going to break down and go to the doctor. I'm on cycle day 70 with no BFP and no signs of AF. I realize I should have already been to the doc but my previous dr no longer takes my insurance and it's been hell trying to find one who does without driving 3 towns over. Just wondering what all Might be going on?im so very scared and nervous.
