Ranch dressing???

Did you eat ranch dressing while you pregnant? I read the ingredients and it does have egg yolk. I guess it is RAW egg yalk. Should I be worried about it and stop eating ranch?

The shelf stable ones are fine. The ones that have to be refrigerated before opening are the ones with the risky ingredients.

As long as it's a pasteurized product it's safe. But many ranches and mayo from restaurants are not pasteurized, so make sure to ask your waiter to check for you.
