Help please

I'm around 9/10 weeks pregnant and have been feeling so ill past 2weeks. Can't eat, 0 energy, dizzy, feeling sick all day&knight;, had 2sets of anti sickness tablets.. been signed off my work and no better.. when will this pass? Have 2daughters and never felt like this at all..cannot function at all
