Very low egg reserve

We have two kids ages 6&8 & I had iud pulled a year ago and no luck with conceiving. We never expected this to be a problem as we didn't even try for our first two kids. Turns out I have a very low egg reserve (anti mullerian hormone) which is at the level of a post menopausal woman. I'm so shocked and devastated at this in my mid thirties. We just started seeing a fertility doc. My FSH is normal however. Wondering if any other experiences and if ivf was necessary.
