Working while pregnant

Hello everyone I am currently 4weeks and 5 days and just recently got a job but don’t start till two weeks my sister works there and says they life heavy things like the ice cream and ice cream trays. My boyfriend has his own business so I don’t have to work per say but extra money would be nice but I am scared to start working and say oh sorry I’m new but I cant lift anything cuz I’m pregnant. Should I work or just not work I don’t want to do anything wrong I had a mc in November and just got pregnant I need help and baby dust with sticky beans ☹️😊❤️❤️
