Out of the sudden I started cramping and I felt like i had some gas that needs to get out.. so I thought I might have to go to the bathroom..

After I was done I kept looking and looking for blood cause I was so scared that I’m gonna lose the little bean 😔 i laid down now and don’t want to get up in case i start bleeding! My MIL said it could be my uterus contracting or just gas... should I go to the ER just to be on the safe side ??

Oh and my cramps were pretty intense. Not just some mild cramping..
