Pilonidal cyst

Has anyone else every experienced this while pregnant? And what do you do for treatment?  I got my first one almost 8 years ago when I was pregnant with my daughter. It got so swelled up and painful that I had to have it cut open and drained. Ever since then, I get mild flair ups here and there but I am now 25 weeks along and have gotten several flare ups since I've been pregnant. It is so painful! I can't sleep on my back and my sides are killing me from having to switch sides all night long. I'm really hoping this flare up goes away on its own and I won't have to get this one cut.
