Irregular Period & TTC

Well I'm 10 days early on my menstrual , ( last month of BC ),& my husband & I are TTC both of our first , I have an irregular period without the BC. I've been thru blood work & an ultrasound on my uterus & everything came back NORMAL except unbalanced hormones ... & I wanted to know is there any ladies with this issue or something similar ? Can I get some advice ? Suggestions #THANKS
