My babies are in the NICU so I have to pump until I can hold them/bring them home. Sunday is two weeks since they've been born. Two boys born at 25w3d. I'm only getting about 30ml each breast.. Is that enough? Or should I be making more since I have twins? FTM confused on how all this works. I've been told to only pump 20 minutes every three hours and I've also been told to drain the breast every three hours. I've been kind of doing in between because it's taking around 40 minutes to empty my breast and I feel like that's too long.
