Cramps/Spotting

My period ended June 22nd. I had sex two days in a row. Both higher % ovulating days. We went in for like a minute or so without a condom both times but then put a condom on little while later. Today, I was experiencing lower cramping and brown spotting (which I've never had before). I've also had a headache the last three days. Is this anything I should be worrying about? Just watch it or what? HELP PLEASE!
