Took me about 6 months off the pill to ovulate. Didn’t test, but I got a whole lot of new ovulation and pms symptoms

I got off the pill 3 months ago and no period/ovulating. Have you been prescribed anything? I was on two rounds of Femera and still nothing but it’s possible I ovulated this month but because I have no period to compare it to, my BBT is hard to read
