Round ligament pain?

I am having a weird pain in my back right above my hip.
It can’t be round ligament pain right? It’s not in the joint or groin.

Mine has been all over hips, groin, and lower back.  Doctor said it was a combination of nerve and ligament pain.  I have a very short torso so baby boy didn't have a lot of room to begin with.  Doctor isn't concerned but always check if you are nervous!

It may be sciatic nerve pain which can be common for some of us in pregnancy! Hope you feel better! My NP showed me some stretches that can help relieve some of the pain... a little.

Round ligament pain is typically in your abdomen on either side below your belly button, but can move up as your uterus expands for baby. If the pain is in your back near your hips it sounds more like tenderness in your sacral region, or the band that goes across your low back. Try using some heat to loosen the muscle and maybe a yoga ball to work out the kinks.
