When to have sex?

Glow is almost always right about when I ovulate, and it says Friday I have a 33% chance. Also my husbands semen analysis can back just okay. I think his motility was less than average. Is there a certain day we should have sex that will increase our chances? Like wait 2 days before ovulation to build up the sperm or just everyday like we have in the past? Thanks!

Hold off on sex for 3 days then just before you ovulate BD. Then BD again the next day. Works like a charm and got me pregnant twice that way

The day before ov usually gives your best chance, from what I understand. So abstain 2 days before that, dtd day of peak opk for sure! With low motility they say every other day but once that peak opk gets here it’s difficult to follow! I think if you wait, catch that day before, then you should be ok to go every day or every other. Also, with low motility but other normal counts, have you tried The Stork insemination kit? Helps the sperm bypass swimming through your lady parts & gets them right by your cervix. Good luck!
