What do you consider cheating??

So me and my husband have been married for 3 1/2 years.

In that time that we have been married he has confessed twice of doing things he shouldn’t have been doing. The first time was around a year ago and the 2nd time was a week ago.

Both times were groups of similar things like him masturbating online but not showing his face and sending emojis to girls on there. He has also made fake accounts and messaged my sister in law and sister naughty emojis and messages and before they could message back he erased them. He also hacked into my sisters photos and looked at naked pictures of her. Another thing that really bothered me was that he got on live chat cam and was anonymously chatting with the cam girl.

So he has done these things over a span of six months and then confessed and has done this twice. I’m not sure what to do or what to think, is this even cheating I feel like it sort of is but I just don’t know how to feel.

The only thing that I’ve done that was sort of bad in our marriage was that after we got married I was doubting our marriage and was afraid I made the wrong decision for some reason and I messaged a guy saying I thought he was attractive and he never responded his wife did and I never did anything like that again it was just stupid and I was confused.

Maybe I’m just having a hard time knowing how to feel because of my situation and feeling guilty but he knows about it so I don’t know why I feel guilty.

What do you think about this? What should I do?
