any recommendations to jump start periods
i had 4 days of spotting after got nexplanon removed last month, 14 days after the first spotting here i am spotting again.😡 thought it was my period i was so happy but its been 4 days of the same dark/brown spotting so definitely not my regular period. im having pms symptoms like boobs hurting,bloated eating a bunch,headache,breaking out.... what can help to get my period back???
