In my opinion, generally no… If he’s not worthy of your trust, then he’s not worthy of you and shouldn’t be with you. He’s not worth your sanity, which you may feel like you are losing if you stay with him.

4 yrs in that relationship he was was my first love. Cheated once before our 5th anniversary broke up with him never got back together.
Before we made it official about dating I told him I was a very forgiving person but the only thing I would not forgive is infidelity. I was firm on my zero tolerance with cheating I guess he thought 4 yrs in deep and a girl who was hard in love with him would change my mind about what I said 4 yrs before that. NOPE.....
I chucked my deuces he tried hard to get me back. He used his messenger his best friend to tell me how hurt and sorry he was and as a man he had never seen his friend hurt so much and cry like he was. So I told his friend that as his bff then he should go back to him and cuddle him and comfort him since he felt so bad, he got mad😂 Well I am now married with the true love of my life (not him) I forgave him as a person for closure so there is no hurt or anger towards him anymore but I never got back with him. I’m happily married to my love and my ex as far as I last heard he is either married or dating a 40 or 50 yr old women who is like twice his age. Trust me it’s not the end of the world leaving a person who’s cheating. It doesn’t mean you wont hurt im sure you love him but a person who LOVES YOU doesn’t cheat. You’ll hurt more if you stay.
