11 weeks pregnant and back ache ?? WORRRIED
first time mom and i have lower back cramps is that normal ?? i heard its from stretching it feels almost as if ima start my period but no blood or spotiing went away only comes fpr about 10 minutez and goes away but no everyday just a one time thing
