Hi ladies! I’m currently 32+5 weeks due April 4th. I’m having much back pain! I’m having a lot of pressure in the bottom of my stomach also but I believe that’s because I was already a healthy girl before conceiving and my belly kind hung already. It hangs even more now and I’ve been paining for months now! Any suggestions on back pain!!! I feel like I wanna cry! I’m hot and very miserable 😩😭😔

I got a belly band and it has saved me!

Get a belly band for support and start walking.  Walk on the treadmill in the morning and see how you feel.  Take some of the pressure off your hips and back by using the belly band 👌

I do prenatal yoga poses and it seems to work. And I am not a flexible person 😂

I go to the chiropractor every two weeks about to start every week it’s been like heaven.

I get massages every week and you may need a maternity belt to hold up your stomach and help your back.
