Breastfeeding/pumping mamas 🤱🍼🍼
Did any of you try lactating supplements? Did they work for you?
I tried these, I’m on day 3 and I already see an increase, that bottle is just 1 boob while my son ate the other one. Usually I’d get maybe 2oz.
They don’t contain fenugreek either. I’m just interested to see if they actually work because I’ve also started chugging water.
