Can some one help?

I don’t know how much help I can get here. I’m trying to conceive. But I want to ask cause I’m kind of confused. So I always get post O symptoms main symptom is tender boobs. Well I took some vitamins called Soy Isoflavones as I’ve researched they are called natures clomid by many women who were successful. So I only took it 5 days out of my menstrual cycle I did cd 3-7. Well I noticed that my breast tenderness started going away like it usually does days in to my AF but for som weird reason my left breast stayed sore and it was actually hurting like I could not let anything rest on it after AF was done. It hurt all the way in to the inside of my inner arm by my armpit. It didn’t hurt on the side of my boob its more under my nipple (no nipple pain) and over the top of my breast near the chest area. It was painful and I don’t know if its a side effect or what and I’m wondering if anyone has experience something like this?
