Pregnancy safe Lube

I’ve never needed lube before, but I guess with this pregnancy (my 2nd) things are a bit more tender down there! Every time I have sex with my SO I am in so much pain for at least an hour afterwards, almost feels like something tore and then I’ll feel better the next day

Im wet enough and it hurts whether he is rough or gentle so I think it’s time to try lube and see if it helps (I hope and pray)

Any recommendations for lube safe for pregnancy/ breastfeeding that isn’t too expensive?
