HELP!!!

Here is my June/July charts! Took clomid cd 5-9 after having taken Provera. No positive opk, no EWCM, been having mild cramps to one side, and lotiony CM! (TMI!) ? no monitoring by obgyn, just take the pills and call next month! ? idk if I ovulated or not. This is my first "period" since July 2013. Took CB digi and dollar store brand. Both negative. I thought my period was supposed to start on the 5th, glow says the 12th, but my ob says the 16th! Idk what to do! ??
