Vitex?

Question

Has anyone used vitex ttc? My cycles are between 24 and 28 days long.. could this help regulate them and make them longer or at least 28 day cycles?  I have a bottle I'm just not sure if I should use it and mess up my cycles even more. Any information would be greatly appreciated :)

That's what I was thinking also... I just keep getting people telling me I need to try it but they never explain why they think I should. I Googled it and a lot of women said it messed up their cycles so I was just curious if it was true.

I think that is a pretty regular cycle, I would be scared to mess with that.
